The question they asked today in the Daily Mail is does it really work? A fair question, and the article written in the Mail I think is pretty fair comment. It gives two sides of the story, some people it has done wonders for, and some not so positive. Well that just about sums up hypnotherapy for you, works for some really really well, works for others quite well, and for some it's just not going to work. In the example in the newspaper the course was £240, now that's quite a lot of money for something that "might" work. If you are interested in this, then I can record you a personal CD which will.
