Hi Paul, I just wanted to write to you to say a HUGE thank you! A couple of years ago I contacted you because I have a fear of being sick. My fear was so extreme, everyday life was becoming increasingly dificult. You recorded a personal cd for me which then sat in my drawer for about a year before I plucked up the courage to try and get rid of my fear and listen to it!! I am now pleased to say that, although I am not over the fear, I can eat out, have been abroad - ON A PLANE! and now my partner xxxx and I are expecting our first baby - something I never thought I'd cope with. Thank you SO VERY much.
